Quick Tip

Saw this on "Cook yourself thin" today.

Take your ideal weight and times it by 10
and that is the amount of calories you should be eating each day!
So my ideal weight is 150 times that by 10
and I get 1500 caloric intake each day!

Hope this helps! I am pleasantly surprised that I can eat that many calories a day!
I thought it was more like 1200 or so. So I think I can do this!
