Sore!!!

As soon as I got back from dropping the kids off I came back home...started up my workout video and got to it. Today I decided to try one that I haven't done before. It was the Yoga with weights. And I have to sat I LOVED it!!! I woke up this morning sore but I told myself that I was going to workout no matter what!!! I was able to do everything they did (although it was hard). I am even more sore than before but i feel good.

And I had a cobb salad with very little ranch! Yuck but I ate it! And of course my Diet Green Tea!!

Day two off to a good start!

Work out #1

Wow, i am feeling it. I just finished working out and my legs are killing me.
I hope I will be able to drive!
I did the 30 minute 30 Day shed from Julian Micheals!
Then I did the 10 minute abs! (which I didn't like..her moves were just too weird for me)
and then I finished it off with the 35 minute "Walk" thingy.
Man that lady walks my butt off. But I love it!
So that was 2 miles.
Then I finished with a snack...Wheat thins (my favorite) and Blue Ribbon summer sausage!
And sliced cucumbers. and a Nice tall glass of water!
Im good for today. I will be walking the dogs later this afternoon to finish off my day!

Start Over...Again!

Dad's retirement is on December 3rd. That means I have a little over 2 months to get in better shape. I haven't done what I set out to do at the beginning of the school year. Only because I have so much going on with the school and soccer and football and the girls stuff!!! I told Randy the other night that I don't have time to get a job!! With all the crazy things I have to do during the day I am swamped! But I am not complaining! I love being up at the school helping out in Pepper's class room!  I love being the "Go-To" gal for soccer and football! I am Randy's Assistant! lol
But I have to lose this weight! I have put on about 10 lbs over summer and I can feel it! I feel awful! My clothes are getting tight and I am back to only wearing t-shirts and my yoga pants (which I never use FOR yoga)! I am getting miserable! And I hate that feeling! It sucks.
So I am going start up again and hit it hard this time. No excuses. I know we have heard this a few time this year from me and I hate being redundant!
So I am going to put together an plan!
Here it is!

5:00 Wake up
5:15 Wake kids up
5:30 2nd attempt to wake the kids up
5:45 3rd attempt to wake the kids up
6:00 Finally get the kids up
See what I have to put up with! They are totally NOT morning people!!!
6:30 Eat breakfast (cereal or oatmeal)
7:00 Try to be out the door by this time!!!
(lol I can laugh about it but this almost never happens!)
7:30 Walk the boys into their school.
8:00 Drop off Marissa at school
8:15 Drop Megan off at school
8:17 Get My Route 44 from Sonic!! Diet Green Tea!!!!!
8:30 Back at the house. I should go straight to the gym! Maybe!
But I have everything I need here at the house!!
8:45 Take the dogs for a little jog! (or walk)
9:00 30 minutes of cardio either treadmill or one of the dvd's.
9:30 eat a little snack Grapes and cheese with a handful of crackers.
9:45 emails I have lots of emails to send out and read through for different things.
10:45 coupons I really need to get back on this. I have been slacking for the past few weeks
and my coupons are a Hot mess right now! If I tackle it a little bit during the day I should stay on top of it!!
12:00 Take dogs for another little walk
12:30 EAT lunch! Since school I have forgotten to eat lunch almost everyday. I need to eat!!!
1:00 straighten up the house room by room! Just a quick walk through!
1:45 Go pick up Pepper! He gets out at 2
then I sit in the car and wait until...
2:45 pick up Jacob!
3:30 pick up Marissa (unless she has something after school!) The more waiting in the car until...
4:15 (the way she walks its more like 4:30) Pick up Megan (unless she has something after school).
Then we come home and get dinner and homework done. This dear Lord is like pulling teeth! But we get through it!
7:00 Showers for everyone!
8:00 bed time for all the kids! I love reading to the boys while they are all tucked into their beds!!
9:00-9:30 My bed time! I usually fall right to sleep because I have no more energy left!

So you see how my day is just UGH!!! Between 2 and 5pm I have NO energy. This sucks because I need patience and calmness and energy to keep up with these kids. They get outta school and go nuts, Fighting, yelling, it gets stressful! I almost always get a headache!  I need to find someway to make this easier!

Well I will have to tweek this as needed but the afternoon is usually set because of the kids getting out of school. But I need to find someway for me to excersice between 2 and 5.
Once the boys start practice this week I will be able to walk around the track or help run some drills with the kids! lol! Fridays will be crazy cuz Megan has colorguard game at the football games and Saturdays are both boys games! Sunday is going to have to be recover days!!! Because Until the end of November we will be exhausted!!! LOL
