Wow, i am feeling it. I just finished working out and my legs are killing me.
I hope I will be able to drive!
I did the 30 minute 30 Day shed from Julian Micheals!
Then I did the 10 minute abs! (which I didn't like..her moves were just too weird for me)
and then I finished it off with the 35 minute "Walk" thingy.
Man that lady walks my butt off. But I love it!
So that was 2 miles.
Then I finished with a snack...Wheat thins (my favorite) and Blue Ribbon summer sausage!
And sliced cucumbers. and a Nice tall glass of water!
Im good for today. I will be walking the dogs later this afternoon to finish off my day!
Yeah me!!
