Had a lazy weekend but back on track!

So I did my Biggest loser workout all week last week. And man, it felt really great!
I didn't get a chance to do it Saturday or Sunday and i feel it!
I didn't to do anything Monday! I can totally feel the difference!!
But today i got up, did my workout, even ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill! I did 2.25 miles.
I wish I could burn more calories though. it said I only burned 105 calories.
I really should have gotten an elliptical machine instead.
But oh well, as long as i do my BL workout, I should be fine!!
Well, since I didn't work out all weekend I wont weigh myself until the end of this week. Friday!
Hopefully I am down a few more pounds! I have been drinking lots of water too!!!

I just bought the BL workout video that you got. I really hope to see some results. Me and my friend Jamie have decided that Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays we will go to the gym. And Monday, Wednesday, Friday will be our DVD workout days. I'm really excited. She keeps me motivated. I have to keep things low-impact for now, I hurt my knee and they are sending me to physical therapy. So for the next couple weeks I have to focus on my upper body, which shouldnt be a big deal. I'm really proud of you moni! For keeping this up.

That's great!! Sorry to hear about your knee though. Yeah the video is hardcore! It kicks my butt! I love it though. it really works you out! Well I cant wait to see you and Maddie in April!
