UPDATE:I haven't written in this blog for a few years. My life these past couple of years has been one crazy roller coaster ride. Since I am a stay-at-home mom again I thought I'd pick up again. I am writing this blog to help me in my journey of weight loss. For me, my husband, my children. My ultimate goal is to be healthy however I would love to get down to about 145-150 pounds. I am a short girl standing tall at 5'1" and weighing in at almost 228 pound.
